I am the Head of Estates at London South Bank University, where I have worked since I joined the HE sector in 2004. My responsibilities include Maintenance, Projects, Property and Energy/Environment. I also have a role on the client team for major projects such as our £47m K2, and in responding to challenges such as EMS, CIF2 and Audesat.
Before that, I had a similar role at the British Museum for 12 years, where I was heavily involved in both the enabling works, and as a member of the client team, for the construction of their £100m millennium project, the Great Court.
