Croeso I Gymru - Welcome to Wales

..... and welcome to the Welsh region of The Association of University Engineers.

The Welsh region is quite spread-out geographically, but members from the North and South do their very best to meet up in the regional meetings around the Welsh countryside.

Sometime it is difficult with transport links from North to South in Wales and, for this very reason, Bangor members frequently attend the North West region meetings for easier travel arrangements.

We were fortunate enough to host the 2006 Conference here in Wales at the Roman town of Caerleon in the City of Newport. The next Welsh hosting is due in 2015.

We welcome members from Wales and also members from other regions if we have anything exciting going on! We also welcome new members, and hope we can, in our own unique way, contribute to the benefit of all other like-minded members.
