Summary

A training course designed to inform delegates how to manage fire safety issues effectively.

What to expect

Overview

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, a ‘responsible person’ from the organisation must carry out a fire risk assessment, be responsible for fire safety, produce a fire emergency plan, and implement and maintain a fire risk management system.

This fire safety training course has been designed to provide the person with the knowledge, skills and understanding with regards to ‘fire’ to ensure that they, and the organisation, meet their legal obligations.

Current fire safety legislation requires a risk-based regime in organisations with a nominated person (competent) overseeing the fire safety management responsibilities.

Who should attend

The course is designed for those professionals who have a responsibility for Fire Safety in the workplace. This includes Fire safety managers, facilities managers, and those with little or a good working knowledge of fire safety.
