We have a responsibility as educators, as community pillars and hubs for research to proactively adapt, limit risks and seek solution to this catastrophic problem. In the face of this unprecedented threat, whether you focus on teaching, research, business support, sustainability leadership or you are a student, we all need to work together in new, more innovative and aligned ways.
The conference will bring together the key stakeholders from UK and Ireland universities and colleges in recognition that we should be at the forefront of the climate damage limitation movement. It will provide a platform to create solutions – it will facilitate knowledge exchange and foster resilience and adaptation.
This year, we will focus the conference around the main theme of CLIMATE and we will be looking for ideas within the subject areas outlined below:
