The project blends historic architecture with cutting-edge design to create a dynamic, interdisciplinary hub for research, learning, and collaboration.

A study tour of Wimbledon College of Arts, an entirely performance-oriented campus renovated by Levitt Bernstein for the University of the Arts London (UAL).

Set within the Merton Hall Road Conservation Area, the project consolidates UAL’s performance-related courses on one site, transforming the existing campus into a state-of-the-art education and rehearsal environment. The project combines adaptation, refurbishment, and sensitive retrofit to deliver contemporary facilities that meet the university’s evolving curriculum while respecting the site’s historic character.
