This year’s refreshed format has been designed with that in mind and brings together university estates engineering and sustainability professionals from across the sector under our conference theme 'Engineering the Future of University Estates'. By creating a more focused programme and building in additional space to connect with our conference exhibitors, we are placing greater emphasis on the conversations, ideas, and collaborations that continue long after the conference ends.

What’s New for 2026?
Following feedback from previous attendees, we have introduced several changes to enhance the overall conference experience:
Conference sessions now run Wednesday to Thursday, helping to free up your Friday
Additional networking opportunities, including an extended second lunch break within the exhibition space
Removal of excursions to maximise dedicated networking and professional discussion time
