A study tour of Wimbledon College of Arts, an entirely performance-oriented campus renovated by Levitt Bernstein for the University of the Arts London (UAL).

Set within the Merton Hall Road Conservation Area, the project consolidates UAL’s performance-related courses on one site, transforming the existing campus into a state-of-the-art education and rehearsal environment. The project combines adaptation, refurbishment, and sensitive retrofit to deliver contemporary facilities that meet the university’s evolving curriculum while respecting the site’s historic character.

The Edinburgh Futures Institute (EFI) brings new life to the former Royal Infirmary after years of dereliction. The Category A-listed Victorian hospital was in poor condition when the University of Edinburgh bought it in 2015.

The project blends historic architecture with cutting-edge design to create a dynamic, interdisciplinary hub for research, learning, and collaboration.
