Paul Mucklow, AUE Secretary, announced changes to the Elected AUE Officers/Directors at the 57th AUE AGM which had taken place since the last AGM.  All Elected Officers are appointed as AUE Directors and which attending members must vote for.

Director Resignations: In the last year Billy Ferguson (former Chair), Paul Richards (former Treasurer), Christopher Willis (former Chair East Midlands Region), Gaetano Cervino (former Chair London & SE Region) and Sally Wilkin (former Administrator) have resigned and been removed as Directors from Companies House, it is noted Brad Crocker is in the process of resigning as a Director.

Director Appointments: Louise Stringfellow (Chair Wales Region), Vittorio Frosini (Chair London & SE Region), Jason Devlin (Chair East Midlands) and Dean Aitken (Treasurer) have been appointed as Directors with Companies House.
