This is a Permanent / Full Time post.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates Department for a Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to provide a professional planned and reactive electrical maintenance service across the Hawkshead Campus.

Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you will undertake both planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities, maintain accurate records of work completed, and work closely with colleagues, contractors and other Estates teams to ensure an effective maintenance service is delivered across the campus.

This role demands a flexible approach to work and will require the successful candidate undertake training as required and occasionally work at the Camden Campus when operationally necessary. You will also be required to participate in the Out of Hours maintenance rota to ensure emergency maintenance support is available outside normal working hours.
