(Ref no 108212) Grade 7

These posts form part of a significant programme of investment in our estate, including £35 million per year to enhance facilities, improve sustainability and reduce operational costs.  They will increase internal managerial and technical capacity to develop and expand existing systems that support the provision of a high-quality research and learning environment.

Our estate comprises over 500,000 m2 of floor space incorporating a variety of specialist and complex research buildings, learning facilities, residential accommodation for over 5,000 students and our own hotel / conference facility.  The wide variety of activities being undertaken provides a unique breadth of technical and managerial challenges.
