We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Project Engineer to join Durham University's Estates & Facilities team.

It's an opportunity to take a senior leadership position, managing and developing a talented team of engineers while leading the delivery of complex, high-impact mechanical engineering projects across one of the UK's most unique and diverse estates.

From colleges to historic buildings such as Durham Castle, to cutting-edge research facilities, the role will help shape the infrastructure that supports world-class education and research.

�� Lead the delivery of major mechanical building services projects
�� Manage, mentor, and inspire a professional engineering team
�� Provide strategic technical leadership and expert guidance
�� Influence sustainability, resilience, and future estate development
�� Work with a wide range of stakeholders across the University
