By creating a more focused programme and building in additional space to connect with our conference exhibitors, we are placing greater emphasis on the conversations, ideas, and collaborations that continue long after the conference ends.

A comprehensive reimagining of one of LJMU’s most prominent gateway buildings, the transformation of the Henry Cotton Building marks a major milestone in the university’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering an outstanding student experience. This ambitious project will decarbonise and repurpose an existing 1990s building, creating state-of-the-art, flexible facilities for staff, students and visitors alike that reflect the university’s bold vision for the future.
